The Site and all its content, features, and functionality including our proprietary additive formulations, manufacturing methodologies, technical data, trademarks, and copyrightsare the exclusive property of EvoNatura and its licensors.

You acknowledge that EvoNatura's technology for the bioplastics biodegradable additive is proprietary and highly confidential. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content or technology information without our express written permission.

3. Website Use and Purpose

The primary purpose of this Site is to serve as a gateway for informational content and Product Inquiry/Pilot Partnership applications.

  • No Consulting Services: EvoNatura explicitly states that it does not offer or provide any consultancy services through this website.

  • Permitted Use: You may use the site to review technical information, contact our team, and apply for the Pilot Partnership program.

  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful, malicious, illegal, or that attempts to compromise the security, data, or intellectual property of EvoNatura or its partners.

4. Pilot Program and Partnership Inquiries

Expressing interest in EvoNatura's pilot program via the Site is an initial inquiry only.

  • Non-Binding: Any information shared on the Site is for preliminary discussion and is non-binding.

  • Confidentiality: Participation in the pilot program requires the execution of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a formal Pilot Partnership Agreement.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The technical content and data provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and are intended to demonstrate scientific proof and progress.

  • No Guarantee: EvoNatura makes no guarantee regarding the commercial performance or applicability of the additive for your specific manufacturing process based solely on website content.

  • Risk: You assume all risk and liability for any reliance placed on the information found on the Site. EvoNatura is not liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the information provided.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rhode Island for the resolution of any disputes.
